The Superior Glamping Tent was impressive, spacious, and made our family feel completely at ease, with high-quality bathroom amenities that enhanced our stay. The daily replenishment of the delightful breakfast basket kept us satisfied, while the kids loved the thrill of spotting koalas nearby. check-in timing was restrictive, and daily breakfast requests added some inconvenience. The lack of playground facilities for younger kids was also felt during our stay.

The serene natural surroundings and the amazing interactions with wildlife, especially the koalas, made our stay unforgettable.

We were disappointed to discover that breakfast supplies needed to be requested each day, which created some inconvenience.

The stay was peaceful and I loved the exclusive guided tour of the sanctuary that we received before it opened to the public. It was amazing being so close to the koalas and seeing them in a natural setting. The one-bedroom suite we had booked was incredibly spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, making it perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil environment and support wildlife conservation.

We as a family LOVED our stay. The staff helped us organise platters for our arrival, and the breakfast hampers fed all four of us perfectly. The property was clean, and the daily house cleaning was a bonus. Koalas were ADORABLE! The pool was nice and warm, which was a nice surprise. We will be back!

The check-in closing at 5pm really limits arrival options!!! Morning tour lacked depth and felt repetitive!!! More attention could be given to engaging guests and not just seeking donations!!! Noise from nearby trail disturbed tranquility!!!

The one-bedroom suite was clean and equipped with everything needed for a family. Interactions with the adorable koalas were heartwarming, and the early tour was insightful. the nearby road generated occasional noise, which slightly disrupted the tranquility of our stay.

Air conditioning was great during our stay. Access to the beach was a bonus.

We appreciated the wonderful communication from the staff throughout our stay. The garden view added a tranquil touch, enhancing our relaxation.

the sanctuary was fantastic. we loved that breakfast was served in our room, and the staff were super accommodating. the on-site pool was great, and it was awesome to do the koala tour earlier than the public. it's so close to the camp kitchen, making it convenient. the cafe had delicious food too!

I stayed 3 nights in a Superior Glamping Tent, and it was an incredible experience! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect after our fascinating guided tour of the koalas, where I learned so much about their care. The lovely spacious glamping tent included a generous welcome hamper that made our mornings delightful.
